They'll give you a quick sketch and a bundled price for the pool, patio, stone work, plantings, fence and the lighting. The truth is though, the only portion of the project they actually install is the swimming pools. The rest, they mark up and subcontract out to the lowest bidders. We flip the process, and do what we do best by cutting out the middlemen. We design and install the entire project, and bring in one of our competent pool contractors for just the pool install. ​
