This client came to us looking to us for ideas and solutions to their backyard in North Reading, MA The property was up against wetlands and needed extensive tree removal, and a massive soil correction and drainage system first. Over 4,000 yards of clay was removed from this site, and rebuilt with drainage rock. This project included a 20×40 pool with a spa, a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, a firepit, plantings, lighting and a fence.
